Sweeping Glory
Brewster, MA
This was taken early in the summer at sunset while walking on the tidal flats in Brewster. It's a composite of 2 images, blending a still shot of the patterns in the sand created at low tide and an image using intentional camera movement. I wanted to convey the sweeping motion of the water that occurs as the tide rises and covers the intricate sand patterns. These flats on the Cape are one of my favorite places in the world. It feels endless like you can get lost walking for miles.
